We collect the information you submit through contact, newsletter and training request forms so we can respond to enquiries and manage training requests.

Training requests may include contact details, dog information, availability, goals and safety information. This is used only for enquiry handling, booking review, customer communication and related administration.

Payments, when enabled, are handled through Stripe via Black Grouse One infrastructure. We do not ask you to send card details through website forms.

Analytics only run after consent. You can contact us to ask about personal information we hold or to request correction or deletion.
