Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 26 April 2026
At The Gundog Coach, we strive to provide the highest quality of education and support for you and your dog. To ensure fairness for clients and the sustainability of our training schedule, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
1. 1 to 1 Training (In-Person)

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund.
2. Online Training and Consultation (Digital Sessions)

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: Refund available.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund.

Once a digital consultation has started or been completed: No refunds will be given.
3. Digital Products / Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be provided once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Physical Products (Shipped Goods)

Change of mind returns (14 days): If you are a customer purchasing at a distance, you have 14 days from receipt of your item to change your mind and request a refund.

Condition of returns: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

When refunds are processed: Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@thegundogcoach.co.uk with your full name, booking/order details, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
